What we really one

People always say their stress. Stress at work, relationship, family and about ourselves. Even myself I find that at times it gets tougher for me to work at certain days. Sometime I really wonder is this wat I really want. DO you??

People talk about wanting a good life, wanna spend more time to enjoy and not waste this life time but come to think about it, sometime we work so hard to gain some things but there might be other little yet important things that might just slip away without even our knowledge. Which one might only notice maybe after sometime later or may even ask oneself "How come my life become like that? Not like before anymore?"

People tends to complicate things. Things that was suppose to be good for us yet we neglect, dun apprecaite and go in search for other seemly important things but causes more damages to us than we thought it would be beneficial to us.

I do agree with you Daniel, people can make chioces if they want to. But that's just how we people are, miss led at some point of our time our even being forced to do some stuff. But the important thing is if one have the hope, he will never be lost.

Just got to keep praying cause I wwas once like them and is still in danger of falling away. Thank God for Jesus, for Evelyn, for the brothers and sisters in Christ to spur one another on.

Think serving God and living a life pleasing to Him is a life that I really want to have. How about you??

Is what we really want in our lives important in view that we are sinful by nature? Rather, should we better off focusing on what God wants?

Indeed people always say they are stress at work, stress in relationship, in school. do we hear people saying they are stressed about becoming more Christ-like?

Perhaps our stress comes from our own hunger for earthly success, from our selfishness.

I think i would pray for wisdom, pray that God would point me in the correct direction, pray that God would grant me the spirit to live the way He wants.

Persevere, and one day we will finally meet him face to face.

Thanks for always be a constant encouragement. Your life alone would have inspired many. Push on.

Your previous commentator is right... our focus should be on God. But that is not always easy. So only with the help of the Holy Spirit can we find real peace and contentment and not be distracted with the ways of this world, with all the earthly trappings that the heart doth desire!

Remember what Jesus says..."Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." St. John 14:27 He gives the peace "that passes all understanding that the world cannot give, neither can it take away." Why don't we receive it? Heavenly Father, in Jesus' great name, we receive the peace that You have promised. Amen. Thank You.

When we fix our eyes on Jesus, our mind will be aligned with His. Then all the worries we have we lay it at His feet. God wants us to wait on Him! It's a great day in our lives when our hearts are right with God and our minds are at peace. Out of this experience will come joy unspeakable. It can happen today as we invite the Prince of Peace in.

God bless you, your dear wife and family-in Christ, brother!
