Last Weekend of the Year 2008

Finally the last weekend of the year has come. Everything seems to fly past so fast. Here's what happen the past few days:

29 Dec, Sat.
Stayed home the whole day till evening, went to my parents place for dinner. Mum's cooking is still the best.

Dear all, Daniel and Cherry are back!!!!

Daniel now is talking to me on the HP. He say is slim down liao. We shall see if it's true. Welcome back guys.

I saw Wai!!!

Just went to Bukit Timah to have coin prata and saw Wai!! He was there with Desmond and Wee Seng.




He will be going to Australia for study. Take care brother.

Like you said, meet back the same place one year later. Eve, Wee Seng and Desmond are the wittinesses. And ya, my boy will come too.

End of BASIC Camp 2007 and a week of fellowship

Thank God for the camp that everything went on smoothly. Pray that the bounding between the leaders and the members will be stronger after this camp.

Thank God for giving people like Tim and Nic to work tirelessly for everyone. Thanks brothers.

Quite tired thou cause many gatherings and of course this camp to go to. Didn't make it for the last day cause got Lionel and Yuling's wedding today and another wedding lunch and Grace dinner party tomorrow. But I am enjoying every single minute of it, same goes with Eve too. Thank God for the fellowship with the people around, to share the joy and all the things together.

Now, trying to rest for a while before going to Lionel and Yuling's wedding.

Went to Wilson's hse in the afternoon for Christmas Party. Many of us turned up.

BASIC Camp 2007

From 19 till 22 Dec at this PGP of NUS. Tim is the camp commandant. Thank God for him and his team of helpers who have put in effort and time to serve Him.

Eve and me were day trippers, so meaning we are not staying over due to our baby in her tummy.

Many funny things happened today:
1) Nic told us abt Tim's Foreword story
2) In the "Peace" Team (Latin called pax) with some great people like Tim, Cynric and Clare Ng
3) The "Trash Bag" game where Clare and Kelly kept shouting each others' name, super funny!!! 4) Mui Koon's sexy voice
5) The sing and dance along with Cynric and Derek. We are the Bee Gees of BASIC. Ha, ha, ha, ha. Staying alive, Staying alive!!!

Had to leave after the 1st talk cause got bowling session with my Sec Sch friends, thou got two out of 4 never come, sian. Looking forward to joining tomorrow Morning.

Monday night out

Thanks to XL, we met up with Sui at the Thai Express at the "Durian Durian" of Singapore. People like Paul, Aaron, Alex and Alex (Chung and Yap), Grace and my wife were there.

Told XL I felt bad for Raymond cause he sent us the website to decide which day to meet but in the end he can't make it. Sorry Raymond.

Sui wanted to eat local food but no thanks to the rain, we had to find somewhere indoor.

Had ice-cream at the Häagen-Dazs after dinner. Think all of us wouldn't growing fat together after being so "sinful" last night. I love chocolate!!!

By the way, did I mentioned I went home by MRT and bus?? Decided to take public transport for a change.

Went to Keeevin and Cari's Wedding Rehearsal to pass them Li Chuan's Ang Bao box, which I've been holding since my wedding. They getting married this weekend.

Went for supper and Serangoon Garden, after an hour jam along PIE from 1030pm to 1130pm cause sending JM home from Bee Him's hse to Bedok.

Sarah is back for the Wedding. Think she misses Singapore food a lot.



Thur, 13 Dec:

Took a day off to help Bee Him pack for her trip to England to meet up with her hubby.

Had lunch at Ikea Queensway, JM and AL came too.
