We are 6!

The first song I heard today is "Walking with Jesus", led by Daniel and Cherry at Children Church and we are grateful for Jesus in sustaining our marriage.

Praise the Lord for the wonderful six years with Evelyn. May we keep on walking with Jesus all the days of our lives.

5 Years Later

It's been 5 years and we are thankful to God for watching over us and keeping us together.

Thank God for our parents, the people He put in our lives and our children.

The ride has not been an easy one and it's only Him that we are where we are now.

After today's sermon, I felt that it will be good for us to pray and plan our lives for God for the years ahead.

Praise the Lord for everything.

How crazy will you go for your loved ones?

I suddenly have this idea about going crazy for my loved ones. Okay, I am referring to my wife.

All thanks to Soon Wee and Shu Min, really felt the rush to crazy things for Evelyn.

Seriously, how crazy can a husband go for their wife.

I dun know but I thought it would be great to do something crazy once in a while. Anyway, we only live one life time so shouldn't we make full use of my time to do crazy things for my wife.

Anyway, I am just thinking about it.....

Wedding ceremony reminds me of....

Been to two weddings (Ronnie + Wei Ling, Soon Wee + Shu Min) within the last 3 weeks, reminds me of how to be a Godly husband.

Been very encouraged and I should say it's wonderful.

I used to think that attending other's wedding is a form of support but I say now that I am encouraged by attending it.

Thank God for weddings. They are just awesome!!!

Danny and Audrey - Happy 3 Years Anniversary

Really had a great time helping out Gab & April's wedding over the weekend. Thank God for their union and pray that they will have a great honeymoon. Hope to see them back soon.

It's been close a year since I help out in a wedding. Think I may not be able to help out much in any future wedding as Evelyn is finding it more and more difficult to handle the kids.

Today marks their last day as individuals and what awaits them are a life long of love, support and service for each other under the provision of our Lord.

I am honestly excited as apart from sister's wedding, this one of our so call "晚被的婚礼". Looking back my past ten years in ARPC, it sure brings back fond memories of the time everyone had together with Army Boy Gab and School Girl April.

Who can forget the Gab whose looks now the same as many years back, which is still an auntie favourite. And how about April, who can forget her bright smile in those glasses. Also the wonderful time in PUNJ and BGB serving together.

Tomorrow is the start of their journey as one and I pray that above all they will trust in the Lord daily. Praise the Lord their union.

And for one last time, good morning and farewell to 2 wonderful individuals and we now eagerly awaits the arrival Mr & Mrs Tan. May the Lord bless the both of you in the years ahead and that you will serve God faithfully all the days of your life together.

PC 2 years!!!

Praise the Lord for Paul and Cake's 2nd wedding anniversary!!!

Pray that God will continue to bless them and they will use their gifts to serve the Lord.

I may be 2 days late in wishing them but they actually held their wedding dinner on the 30 June so technically I am not late after all....

And now that 2 someone are thankful to the Lord for the great three years together. Pray that in the many years to come we will live out our lives meaningfully for the Lord.

Thanks to all of you who has been with us all these while. Life in this meaningless world is meaningful only in on Lord Jesus. May God's peace be with you all the days of your life.

Getting married after 18 years

Was just informed by my friend of 17 years getting married on 21st May 2010. Not going to review who is the person so for now I will just leave it as that.

Pray that the desired hotel is available if not will have to change date.

So looking forward to it already!!!

I dream of a wedding

Last night I had a dream that my friends got married. Not sure if it's a sign that the time is near.

Well, just wait and see.

Sin Yee's Wedding

Today is Wilson's Ex wedding. Ha ha something he is always proud of.

Met Hui Ming few days back and she mentioned that Jing Jun, whose the Emcee tonight, might invite Wilson and myself up for the Yum Seng.

This happened during Hui Ming's Wedding which I still remember.

We were not the "Siong Di" so by right we were not expecting this but that night "Zhu Zhu" suddenly mentioned my name and Wilson & Richard, who were sitting next to me, started laughing. As I was standing up the both of them suddenly stop laughing cause we sense that something is about to happen. Their names were called out too, hahah!!!!

I have yet to tell Wilson yet cause he is still in reservist, hopefully he can make it in time tonight. Maybe I will give the Yum Seng session tonight a miss....

1st Wedding in ARPC

Thank God for Rag and Nikki's wedding this morning. Praise the Lord for everything.

I can still remember when 4 years back Nikki brought Rag to our DG to learn about Jesus and now they are together with Christ at the center of their marriage.

Thank you God for watching over them all these years. Pray that the Lord will bless them as they journey together as husband and wife from today onwards.

And one interesting thing I realise is that this is the 1st time I am attending a wedding in ARPC since we moved back in 2008.

Congrats Melvin

Attended my Army friend's wedding last night. The food was okay, the parking was limited (have to park else where) and the service was only so so but what makes it an enjoyable wan was the company.

Though the rest of the guys are not from my platoon but really enjoyed their company. It's been a long time that I am able to chat with almost everyone and laugh over almost every conversation (which is why I stayed until 11pm).

Pray that there will be chance to share Christ in the future.

Raj and Nikki's Big day

Wedding Marathon???

I am started to get excited all over again after one of my brother and sister are planning their wedding for next year.

Feels like just yesterday where everyone in the DG is getting married within 2 years and we change our roles and the wedding couples to bestman, brothers and many many others. (7 DG weddings in total!!! Haven't include my friends yet!!!)

Pray for God to provide them with the help needed for their wedding.

Am wondering will there be another wedding marathon coming along next year???

David and Andrea Wedding Dinner. 1 year later.

They got married last year in the States and finally they are back to host us.



This Wedding dinner is the best I ever had in all the wedding dinners I been to. Pork Ribs lah, Crab Meat with Mun To lah and the Chocolate Pudding!!! Watch out for the pics from Eve's Facebook.

Pray that both David and Andrea will continue to glorify God in States and that we who are in Singapore will help him to care for their parents here in Church.
